  • In 2023 the group's Hamilton County, Indiana chapter put a Hitler quote in its first newsletter, defended it, then apologized and removed it.

Libs of TikTok

In Facebook messages reviewed by the SPLC, Bourne claimed to be in direct contact with Libs of TikTok creator Chaya Raichik and to feed her information about Davis. Asked whether everything Libs of TikTok posted came from her: "I'm not sure, I could ask Chaya."

  • NBC News counted at least 33 cases since 2020 where people or places singled out by Libs of TikTok later reported bomb threats or violent intimidation. 21 were bomb threats, mostly against schools. Raichik is not accused of making any of them.
  • In 2023, after Libs of TikTok amplified Davis posts, bomb threats put Davis elementary schools on lockdown and a library canceled an LGBTQ+ event. The Yolo County DA declined to file charges against Bourne.
